Real estate impasse: In an editorial entitled “L’inquiétante impasse immobilière suisse” (The worrying Swiss real estate impasse), the daily newspaper Le Temps notes that housing supply no longer keeps pace with demand in the country’s main conurbations, and sees this as a serious risk for the future. By way of contrast, the paper cites Argentina, where relaxed rental rules have brought thousands of flats back onto the market.
